• No refund policy.
• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days upon receipt.
• Items must not be damaged.
• Items must be in new/original condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached) with all labels and packaging attached.
• Sales/Discounted item(s) are not eligible for return.
• Exchange is only allowed for the same item.
• Item is out of stock, you can choose a different online items to exchange:
– Choose higher price item, NEED pay for the difference amount,
– Choose lower price item, NO cash refund.
• All full price items are eligible for only a one-time exchange.
• Please attach the original Tax Invoice for all exchanges or returns.
• The company will not be responsible if our shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit. We highly recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking option to track your return parcel.
• Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
• Item(s) can only be returned in exchange for store credit.
• We try hard to accept all exchanges and returns request but in the unfortunate events that the item returned is in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost or dispose of it accordingly.
• We reserve the right to deny refund if the items / goods does not meet our Exchange & Return policy guidelines
